Question: What type of pricing and licensing model do you have for SecurManage?

Answer: We charge a fee that is based on the number of active residents in your system, per month. That's it. You only pay for the residents that are active in your system, which means that you're only paying for the residents that you bill for. This license also allows you to use the software on unlimited workstations, from unlimited locations.

Question: How does your software work exactly, can I use it from anywhere?

Answer: You access the software using a standard web browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. The connection is made using 128-bit SSL encryption, the same type used for online banking.

It is very simple to use, and does not require any software to be installed at your location. Also, backups of your database are done automatically by our systems, so you have no need for expensive tape backup systems.
