About Us
Cirqular, Inc. is located in Pittsburgh, PA and was incorporated in 2002.
The company initially specialized in migrating companies to cost-free Open Source technologies, and also provided Internet security services for the Credit Union industry.
After seeing a need for Information Technology services in the community corrections industry, Cirqular, Inc. then started providing such services in 2003.
Later that year, Cirqular, Inc. purchased a resident management package that was still in its infancy stages and used it to model their current product, SecurManage.
Today, with over 20 years of combined experince in the industry, SecurManage is the leading resident management software in community corrections and is installed in twelve states and is used to manage tens of thousands of residents daily.
